We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2023, at the age of 85, Isaac Columbus Perry of Bailey, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Lamm Perry; and his brothers, Henry, Robert, William, Millard and Claude.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Perry; his children, Janice Whitehurst (Zeb) of Wilson, Glenn Perry (Tammy) of Bailey and Don Perry (Wendy) of Bailey; his niece Jean Langston of Lucama; his grandchildren, Zeb Whitehurst V, Jennifer Hendrix (Markus), Jonathan Perry, Brandon Perry, Haley Perry and Zachary Lee Perry; and his great grandchildren, Camille Hendrix and Bryce Hendrix.
