She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph M. Lamm; her parents, George H. Tedder and Rosa Tedder; and her siblings, Virginia Edwards, Mae Boykin, Becky Bowling, Rachel Gay, Allie Gray Lamm, Howard Tedder and Edison Tedder.

She is survived by: her children, Ann Plummer of Pittsboro, Rose Fulghum (Keith) of Bailey, Mary McQueen (Danny) of Beaufort, Lynne Boswell (Rob) of Bailey, Gretchen Lynch of Elm City and Joseph Lamm, Jr. (Paula) of Bailey; and her sisters, Rose Lewis, JoAnn Ivey, Jean Gunter and Judy Bardin. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
