She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Burnette; her children, Marilyn Joyner and Allen Lee Burnette; and her parents, Roy Jackson and Ruby Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Burnette of Bailey; and her sisters, Mary Ann Sherrod of Elm City and Phyllis Bradshaw of Fremont.
