She was predeceased by: her husband Thelbert Daniel Boykin, Sr.; her grandson Autry Lamm; and her brothers, Don and Steve Creech. She is survived by: her children, Donna Lisa Boykin Ferrell (Dale) of Bailey, Mark David Boykin (Barbara) of Bailey, Thelbert Daniel Boykin, Jr. (Susan) of Bailey and Donnie Thomas Boykin (Karen) of Buckhorn; her sister-in-law Lois Creech; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Boykin, Matthew Boykin, Donnie Boykin, Jr., Amanda Boykin Daniel and Amy Lamm Ayscue. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
