He was predeceased by: his parents, Nernie Perry and Dulla Perry; his siblings, Johnny Wayne Perry, David Lester Perry and Carolyn Warren; and his brother-in-law Jackie Boykin.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Strickland Perry; his daughter Sharron Denise Perry; his granddaughter Haley Nicole Perry; his sisters, Helen Jean Perry (Jerry), Shirley Boykin and Deborah Wilson (Mark); and his sister-in-law Pam Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
