We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2024, at the age of 81, Barbara Fulghum Williams (Bailey, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph L. Williams; her sister Brenda F. Honeycutt; and her parents, Julius Fulghum and Eula Lamm Fulghum. She is survived by: her daughter Julie W. Wood (Charles Keith) of Bailey; her brother Ray Fulghum (Nelda) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Makenzie Whitley (Alex) of Bailey and Braden Wood of Bailey; her great grandchild Rylee Whitley of Bailey; her niece Susan Folckemer (John); her nephew Greg Fulghum; and her caregiver Madison Smith.
