We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2020, at the age of 80, Currie Meadows Jr. of Bahama, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Clayton and Currie Henry Meadows, Sr.; his stepfather Luther Jeffries; and his sisters, Peggy Meadows Painter and Audrey Meadows Southerland.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Roberts Meadows; his son Donald Meadows of Bahama; his grandchildren, Charles Lane Meadows of Clarksville, VA, Hunter Meadows of Littleton, NC and Lindsey Joan Meadows of Farmville, NC; and his sisters, Frances Dunman (Gerald) of Rougemont and Vera Stephens (Thomas) of Mebane.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ellis Chapel United Methodist Church, 8321 Cassam Rd., Bahama, NC 27503.
