With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cecil Mangum of Bahama, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Mangum and Nellie Mangum; his brother Millard Mangum; and his son-in-law Kevin Terry. He is survived by: his wife Julean Mangum; his daughters, Sheila Terry, Michele Meece (Terry) and Amy Mangum; his brother Norman Mangum (Priscilla); his grandchildren, Chris Terry, Josh Meece (Heather) and Natasha Allen (Tracy); and his great grandchildren, Kyla Terry, Jayna Terry, Brayden Meece, Kameron Meece and Savannah Dobbins.
