Thompson and Ollie Carpenter (Thelma); her son-in-law Carl Apperwhite; her brother-in-law Robert Chandler; and her close friends, Lucille Little, Vera McLendon, Sadie Knight and Eula Lewis. She was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
