With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Spencer (Badin, North Carolina), who passed away on April 19, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Horne and Hellen Moore Horne; and her brother Valonza Horne. She is survived by: her husband Russell Spencer; her daughter Barbara Edwards Wilson; and her brothers, Fred Junior Horne, Reverend Roosevelt "Chuck" Horne and Dr. Charles A. Horne.
Jessie was a member of Faith Hope and Charity Church, Albemarle under the pastorage of Reverend Curtis Long, Sr.
