It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Bost of Badin, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Prince Alton Bost and Vetress Idell Frick Bost; his wife Ruby Maxine Greene Bost; his grandson Joseph Eugene Lemmons; his great grandchild Ty David Harwood; and his siblings, William, Hoy, John Bost, Genoel Blalock, Carrie Gallimore and Peggy Hedrick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Bassett (Robert) of Norwood and Bonnie Bost of Concord; his grandchildren, Braden Clay Harwood (Leslie), Stacey Almond Donahue (Joey), Dustin Mark Almond, John Edgar Lemmons, Avery Kenneth, Ashlyn Marcella Coffey and Judah Clay Harwood; and his siblings, Newman A., Loy Lee, Harry W. Bost (Lorene) and Hazel Dorsey (Smokey).
