It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darrell Efird of Badin, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Efird and Lessie Dick Efird; and his brother Kenneth Efird. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Blalock Efird; his children, Reverend Clinton Efird (Cindy) and Tonya Efird; his brothers, Larry Efird (Shirley) and Donnie Efird (Janice); and his sister-in-law Bobbie Neil Efird. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private graveside service will be held for family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church.
