He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pierce York and Marietta Shaw York; his sisters, Mildred Cole Gaffney and Shelby Jean Surratt Rothman; and his son Jeffery Mark York.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Prince and Julia Warren (Mike); his grandchildren, Laura Prince Morton (Jeff), Anna Prince, Josh Prince (Mono), Ali Gaeta (Tom), Ivy Warren (Andy Knapp), Latham York (Taylor) and Christian York; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Morton, Logan Morton, Wren Gaeta, Breeden Gaeta and Ocie York.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made to Springfield Friends Meeting or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
