He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Raymond Golembowski and Bona Glowacki Golembowski. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Brodeur Fournier Golembowski; his sons, Bryan S. Golembowski and Gregory H. Golembowski of Pawtuckett, RI; and his stepchildren, Mark G. Fournier of Clayton, NC, Todd J. Fournier, Scott R. Fournier and Kelly Jean Seymour (Michael) of Camden, NC. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
