He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Brown Hall; and his brothers, Ralph and Oscar Hall. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Hall Sakell (Jim) and Willard "Ray" Hall, Jr. (Marie); his grandchildren, Stephanie Hall, Erica Hodges, Valerie Hall and Dana Hall; and his sister Jackie Dixon.
