She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Stanley and Sally Creel Stanley; her husband Louis E. King; and her siblings, Leon, Lester, Leighton Stanley and Evelyn Retos.
She is survived by: her sister Jean Crawford; her sister-in-law Jewell King; her sons, Dwight L. King (late Barbara King) and Jeffrey E. King (Dawn Branch King) of Ayden; and her grandchildren, Virginia, Alex King, Natalie King and Vanessa King. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
