Bass, Jr. (Peggy), Shannon McLawhorn (Richard) and Shawn Cannon (Chris); his grandchildren, Macy McLawhorn, Lindsay McLawhorn, Robbie Bass and Dylan Bass; his brother Carroll Bass; his sister-in-law Frances Bass; his close friends, Yajaira Fernandez Ariza and Linda Harrelson; and his pets, Sammie and Holly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
