She is survived by: her husband David L. Foreman of Farmville, NC; her mother Cynthia Reynolds of Spanishtown, JA; her children, Trevei Foreman of Henderson, NC, Quiyara Foreman of Raleigh, NC, Tatiana Foreman of Greensboro, NC and Vicherae Foreman of Charlotte, NC; and her sister Monique Davis of Spanishtown, JA. She is also survived by two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
