He was predeceased by: his mother Lydia Eva Coffey Gragg; and his brothers, Jack Gragg, Harold Gragg and Dean Gragg. He is survived by: his wife Sue Gragg; his children, Ricky (Gena) of Greenville, NC, Judy Hemenway (Scotty) of Mebane, NC and Pam Martin (Mark) of Ayden, NC.; his grandson Kyle Shear (Celeste) of Winterville, NC; his stepgrandchildren, James Braley of Greenville, NC and Megan Bogaski (Daniel) of Hamilton, NC; his great grandchildren, Avery Shear, Mia Simon and Lilly Bogaski; his siblings, Richard Gragg of Blowing Rock, NC., Nola Jean Couts and Penny Gragg Caterton; and his granddaughter Katie Ryce.
