She is survived by: her husband John Rudd Jr.; her son Victor Marcus Bass of Washington, NC; her siblings, William Lewis Harper of Hookerton, NC, Jessie Harper of Ayden, NC, Timothy Harper of Mount Olive, NC, Victoria Harper of Snow Hill, NC and Jacqueline Harper of Grifton, NC; and her close friend Tina Gordon of Hookerton, NC. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
