He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Annie McCotter-Waters; his mother Swannie Grady-Waters of LaGrange, NC; his children, Shawn Green of Greenville, NC, Tasha Koonce of California and Kadeshia Bunn of Greenville, NC; and his sisters, Joyce Jenkins of Grifton, NC, Jean Siler of Winterville, NC and Sandra Waters of Raleigh, NC. He was also cherished by three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
