He is survived by: his wife Bridgett Mozingo; his son Phillip Mozingo (Melissa); his grandsons, Lucas and Noah; his parents, Steve Mozingo (Terry) and Carolyn Potter (Tony); and his siblings, Chris Mozingo, Joey English (Garlene), Billy Potter and Jana Miller (Danny). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
