She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Corbett Sr.; and her son-in-law Lawrence "Bud" Suggs. She is survived by: her son Cecil Corbett Jr.; her wife Marie Bunting; her daughters, Janet Suggs, Ann Garris and Kim Braxton (Ricky); her siblings, Ed Phillips (Janice) and Mary Alice Wells (Talmadge); and her daughter Reedy Branch Rd of Winterville, NC.
