It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Rouse (Ayden, North Carolina), who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Manning and Lilly Braxton Nobles; and her brother Jeffrey Manning Nobles. She is survived by: her child Elaine; her husband Robert Rouse; her sons, Robert Alvin Rouse Jr. (Tina) of Ayden and William Randall Rouse (Sandra) of Ayden; her grandchildren, Matthew Rouse, Justin Rouse (Nikki), Graham Rouse (Heather) and Lesliann Rouse; her great grandchildren, Sylas, Jackson, Chloe, Layla and Charlotte; and her brothers-in-law, James T. Rouse and Joseph Degnan. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
