She was predeceased by: her parents, James Paul Skinner and Catherine McCleese Skinner; her sister Rose Evans; her son Johnny Ray; her siblings, James Edward, Henry, Ivory, Isaac, Wallace, Vernon, Amie, Mary and Martha; and her son Anthony Michael Skinner (Nyeisher) of Bethlehem, PA.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Newell of Teaneck, NJ and Leona Newell Hampton (Julian) of Littleton, NC; her grandchildren, Nandi Burton, Meriah Lovey Hampton and Toni Noelle Skinner; her sister Ilena Spellman (William) of Teaneck, NJ; and her siblings-in-law, Alice Spratley (Jessie) of Lorton, VA, Anne Pearl Newell of Queens, NY and Eddie Fitts of Littleton, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Because of Covid-19, all CDC guidelines will be followed by the wearing of masks, social distancing, and limiting the number of persons in attendance.
