He is survived by: his children, David Earl Williams Jr. of Greenville, NC, Catherine Louise Williams of Ayden, NC and Debbie Ann Best; and his siblings, Joe Louis Williams of Newark, NJ, Bernard Williams of Grifton, NC, Reginald Williams of Kinston, NC and Geraldine Chapman of Grifton, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
