He is survived by: his sons, David Lee Jones Jr. of Columbia, SC and Dino Jones of Bowie, MD; and his sister Shirley Jones Simpson of Roper, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
