It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Worthington (Ayden, North Carolina), who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Felten Willie Jean (Sister) and James O. (Little James); his stepbrother George Burney; and his godparents, Gratz and Mattie Norcott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Worthington Davis Sr. of Kinston, NC, Barbara Louise Worthington (Bobby Lou) of West Orange, NJ, Lucy Burney Cannon of Newark, NJ, Bobby and Hattie Burney of Newark, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
