She is survived by: her parents, Alfred "Buddy" Fisher (Dollie) of Roanoke and Annie Rhodes Strong (Dean) of Catawba; her husband Michael R. Lewis of Ayden; her sisters, Kay Fisher Hakola of Salem and April Fisher Smith (Bryan) of Vero Beach, Florida; and her nephew Josh Smith (Leanne).
