He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles, Douglas, Bruce Hardee and Judy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Marian Worthington Hardee; his children, Pamela H. Jenkins (Johnny) and C. Wayne Hardee (Gail); his grandchildren, Justin Jenkins (Lindsay), Allison J. Davenport (Trent), Christopher Hardee and Kristen Hardee; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Jacob, Jonah Jenkins and Christopher B. Hardee, Jr.; his sisters, Hope Smith, Letitia Willis (James) and Debra Adams (Kenneth); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Hardee, Lucy Hardee and Redden Jones.
