She was predeceased by: her parents, Loxie E. Blevins and Arvel M. Blevins of Anawalt, WV.; and her siblings, Frank Blevins, Jim Blevins and Ruby Buchanan.
She is survived by: her sister Teresa Blevins-Chapman; her son Michael Mabe (Kay); her grandchildren, Austin and Trae; her child Andrea Crawford (Kyle); her grandchildren, Tanner, Katelyn and Emarie; her children, Donna Doak (Walter) and Charles Doak (Chaun); her grandchildren, Connor, Charleston and Madison; her son Robert Blevins; and her grandsons, Kristopher and Sebastian. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Service & Crematory (605 Country Club Dr, Greenville, NC 27834). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
