He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell William "Bill" and Lennie Strickland Bullard; and his siblings, Reginald "Mutt" Bullard and Billie Joyce Kimsey. He is survived by: his wife Gale Hales Bullard; his children, Lauren Bullard (Stuart Clilverd) of Louisville, KY and John Bullard (Amanda) of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Grayson Bullard and Emma Bullard; and his pet Chelsy.
