He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Lee Collins and Jean Autry Collins; and his brother Randy Collins. He is survived by: his fiancée Margaret Clark; and his sisters, Jeanne Stevens (Charles) of Colorado Springs, CO and Lori Collins of Durham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew and friends.
