With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lonnie Earl McLaurin of Autryville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George McLaurin and Magdlean Hall McLaurin; his son Donnie Earl McLaurin; and his sisters, Betty Starling and Theresa Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Irene McLaurin; his daughters, Laura Valerio (Todd) and Tracie McLaurin; his stepchildren, Luther Hewett, Tracy Hewett and David Carter; and his siblings, George Arthur McLaurin (Sharon), John Franklin McLaurin (Beth Ann), Shearin Edwards, Bonnie Packer and Tammy Ammons (Joseph). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
