Though Edward Dale may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edward Dale touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Wade Autry and Estalene Hall Autry; and his former wife Barbara Herring Autry. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Autry; his sister Gloria Dean Autry of Stedman; his nephew Bryan Sisko; his nieces, Carmen Sisko and Gloria Sisko; his pet Lilly; and his close friend Shorty.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the T. J. Hall Cemetery (155 Southriver Rd, Autryville, NC 28318).
