He was predeceased by: his parents, David Leslie and Evelyn Goodman Warrick; his wife Anna S. Warrick; and his siblings, Elaine Hatley and Melvin Warrick.
He is survived by: his children, David Leslie Warrick, II (Cat), Allon Merle Warrick (Mary Ann), Evelyn Elizabeth Warrick (Stephen Arnott) and Julie Ann Hunter; and his sister Catherine Knowles. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
