It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Wall Nanney of Aurora, North Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband David Richard "Dick" Nanney; and her siblings, Dudley, Harold, Homer Wall and Peggy Goodwin.
She is survived by : her sons, Doug Cross (Patricia) and Don Cross (Kay); her stepchildren, Dudley Nanney (Karen), David "Richard" Nanney (Amy) and Kim Toler (Johnnie); her grandchildren, Michael Cross (Macy), Magen Check (Alec), Tyler Cross (Melissa), Zachary Cross (Kathryn) and Jonathan Cross (Alison); her great grandchild Easton Edward Cross; and her stepgrandchildren, David Nanney III, Ashely Grant, Josh Toler, Phillip Nanney and Matthew Nanney. She is also survived by 14 step great-grandchildren.
