He was predeceased by: his grandfather Randy Heath Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Chris Johnson and Shannon Johnson; his sisters, Sophia, Sabrina and Carol; his grandparents, Christi Heath, Elizabeth "Liz" Johnson and David Hollister; his uncles, Randy Heath Jr., Donald Heath and Blake Hollister; and his aunt Grace Heath.
