She is survived by : her parents, Lee Hardy and Madie Hardy; her brother Joe Hardy; and her grandchildren, Kim Odom, Matt Odom of Greensboro, Charlie, John, Shannon, Hal Atkins of Fuquay Varina, Jensen, Mary Drue, Caleb, Kelly, Brandon Sauls of Holly Springs, Hunter, Connor, Reid, Beth Gonzalez, Chris, Ian, Jamie, Spencer Thomas of Greensboro, Reese, Robin Overton of Raleigh, Ike Overton of Edenton, Taylor, Brad Overton, Susan of Pinetown, Lauren, Jimmie Overton Jr. of Raleigh and Tripp. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
