He is survived by: his wife Faye Butler Lewis; his children, Patty Lewis, Jeanne Bonner (Don), Kim Toler (Johnnie), Richie Nanney and Dudley Nanney (Karen); and his siblings, Malcom Lewis (Kathy), Lorita Lupton (Brian) and Lois Sadler (Frank). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
