Cayton of Aurora; his children, Judge Darrell B. Cayton, Jr. (Paula) of Washington and Joyce Smith (Richard) of Aurora; his brother Carl Cayton, Sr. (Annette) of Aurora; his sister-in-law Debra Cayton of Aurora; his grandchildren, Evan Philbeck (Ciara) of Garner, Tiffany Philbeck of Durham, Douglas Cayton (Brittany) of Washington and Brooke Hollister of Blounts Creek; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah Jones, Trinity Hollister, Faith Moore and Walker Cayton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
