It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Lewis Roelle of Aurora, North Carolina, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Toler Lewis and Bryan Lewis; her siblings, Alton Lewis, Sr., Donald Lewis and Bertha Rowe; and her daughter Jo Ann Storey.
She is survived by: her spouse Nikki Glenn Roelle; her siblings, Esther Haynes, Ethel Newman, Garland Lewis, Helen Fleming, Hazel Caroon and Danny Lewis; her daughter Wendy Dixon (Larry); and her grandchildren, Dawn, Pamela, Alisa, Jeffrey and Summer. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions to Pamlico Co. Salvation Army or Goodwill.
