She is survived by: her daughter Lovicia Newsome of Richmond, VA; and her siblings, Monzetta Newsome-Oakley of Greensboro, NC, Starling C. Newsome, Jr. (Winsome) of Groveland, FL and Ronwick Newsome (Joyce) of Ashburn, VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
