He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Darlene O'Shaughnessy (John) of Marietta, GA, Scott Brooks (Sheila) of Bentonville, AR and Charles Brooks (Stephanie) of Colerain, NC.; his grandchildren, Holly Brooks, Michael Rhinehart (Kelley), Andy Rhinehart (Rebecca), Brian Lee (Bridgette) of Marietta, GA, Anthony Lee (Michael Benbow) of Austin, TX, Charles Brooks of Colerain, NC, Joseph Brooks, Isabella Brooks of Bentonville, AR and Cassandra Brooks of Colerain, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Brice Rhinehart, Stevie Leigh Rhinehart, Charlie Rhinehart and Oliver Rhinehart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
