She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Otis and Minnie Grey Lillie Dickens; her husband Clingie W. Lewis; and her sister Dorothy D. Phelps of Scotland Neck, NC. She is survived by: her children, Hilda Lewis Gatling (Philip) of Boone, NC and Robert W. Lewis (Pat) of Moyock, NC.
