She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Billingsley and Shelvie Billingsley. She is survived by: her husband Wally Kimrey Jr.; her children, Megan Kimrey Frazer (Bryan) of Beaufort, Justin Wallace Kimrey of Benson and Christopher Graham Kimrey of Morehead City; her siblings, Melinda Roberts (Mark) of Gastonia and Paul Billingsley Jr. of Florida; her grandchildren, Clowey Faith Goodwin, Chase Forest Goodwin, Coughlin Lucinda Frazer and Camille Elizabeth Frazer; and her nephew Ricky Godfrey.
Due to Covid-19, the family will have a private memorial service will be held at 11 a. m., Monday, January 18, 2021, at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City, officiated by Rev. Taylor Mills.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions, in memory of Cindy Kimrey, may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
