He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Fulcher and Harry B. Fulcher; his daughter Stephanie Fulcher (Hunter Parks); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Kole McInnis and Sarah James Fulcher.
He is survived by: his grandson Mike; his wife Anne Pollard; his children, James Fulcher (Brooke) and Angie Goodwin (Buddy); his grandchildren, Riley Whitlow (Cameron), Bodie Goodwin, Sawyer Fulcher, Sullivan Fulcher, Samuel Fulcher and Saylor Fulcher; his siblings, Tommy Fulcher (Kara) and Linda Fulcher; and his pet Bobbie.
