She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie Willis; her siblings, Kaye Willis Noyes, Roland Dewey Willis, Melvin Gordon Willis, Terry Douglas Willis and Larry Bruce "Dipper" Willis; her granddaughter Shelly Lester; and her great grandchild Mark Dylan Lester.
She is survived by: her children, Clora Willis of Atlantic, Johnnie H. Willis II and Michael Scott Willis (Amy) of Atlantic; her sisters, Alycia Willis of Beaufort, Jean Smith of Marshallberg, Judy Sanders of Marshallberg, Debbie Jo Cooley of Beaufort and Mary Ann Nichols of Beaufort; her grandchildren, Patience Willis of Atlantic, Taryn Shepard of Cedar Island and Lindsay Salter of Otway; her great grandchildren, Blake Lester of Atlantic, Tyler Lester of Atlantic, McKenna Newkirk of Atlantic and Zoey Salter of Otway; and her niece Cindy Reinhardt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
