With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elnora Cowart of Atlantic, North Carolina, who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elnora Cowart to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elnora Mason and Worsley Mason; her husband Albert Grady Cowart; her brothers, Nathaniel Randolph Mason and Charles Romaine Mason; and her niece Paula Lynn Mason.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Bonnie Faye Adkins (Eddie) of Morehead City, Rachel Brickhouse (Dennis) of Atlantic, Jimmy Cowart of Florida, John Cowart of Ocracoke, Charles Mason of Ocracoke and Rodney Mason of Ocracoke. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
