He is survived by: his daughter Madison Smith; the mother of his child Danielle Ferrari of Atlantic; his mother Michelle Smith of Atlantic; his siblings, Kacey Smith (Lexi) of Atlantic, Kelsey Smith (Buddy) of Davis, Audra and Corky Odum of Newport; his aunts, Andrea Tosto (Pat) of Beaufort, Stella Salter of Beaufort, Linda Tosto of Madison, NC and Nelly Anne Smith of Morehead City; his uncle Donald Lawrence of Atlantic; his nephews, Cole Smith and Weston Simmons; and his niece Harlie Smith.
